Help Grow a Fast-Growing Refrigeration Company:

Mesmer Refrigeration & Equipment Solutions is looking for a creative, motivated individual to help promote our business, showcase our projects, and market our commercial refrigeration equipment throughout Western New York and beyond.

This position is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, freelancer, or someone looking for part-time work in marketing, content creation, photography, social media, or business development.

Responsibilities:

Create content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Marketplace, and our website.
Take photos and videos of refrigeration equipment, installations, and completed projects.
Create and publish social media posts, reels, and promotional videos.
Write equipment listings and marketing descriptions.
Help promote sales, inventory, and special projects.
Assist with website updates and online marketing efforts.
Support brand growth and customer engagement.
Visit job sites and our warehouse to capture content and company activities.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and writing skills.
Experience with social media platforms.
Basic photography and video editing skills.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar software.
Self-motivated and organized.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Compensation:

$18-$25 per hour based on experience.
Flexible schedule (10-20 hours per week).
Opportunity for additional hours as the company grows.
Performance bonuses available.

Walk-in coolers and freezers.
Refrigeration installations.
Equipment recovery and liquidation projects.
Service and maintenance work.
Company events, team activities, and customer success stories.
