Refrigeration Sales Specialist
Position Overview:
Mesmer Refrigeration & Equipment Solutions is seeking a motivated Refrigeration Sales Specialist to help grow our commercial refrigeration equipment, service, and installation business throughout Western New York.
This is a customer-focused, outside sales position responsible for developing relationships, identifying opportunities, preparing quotations, and helping customers find solutions for their refrigeration needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Perform customer site visits to identify equipment, service, and project opportunities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Promote refrigeration equipment sales, installation projects, maintenance agreements, and retrofit solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are quoted accurately and executed successfully.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Attend customer meetings and industry events as needed.
- Represent Mesmer professionally and uphold the company's reputation for quality and service.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Professional and organized approach to customer relationships.
- Strong time management and follow-through.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, food service equipment, construction, mechanical trades, or a related industry is a plus.
